Nose: Chocolate covered strawberries, vanilla and cloves, wet sherry casks, and mushy baked apples.

Palate: Toffee, almond skins, burnt cinnamon sticks. Honey simple syrup with a splash of fresh cayenne. Wine notes show up towards the end. Sponge cake and vanilla icing.

Overall: Dominated by red fruit and dessert notes. Complex and cohesive.
